These Terms of Service govern your use of the Makerspace Innovhub website and our digital marketing services. By accessing this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Services
Makerspace Innovhub provides digital marketing services including web design, search engine optimization, social media management, Google Maps optimization, reputation management, and AI engine optimization. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each engagement are defined during discovery and confirmed before work begins.
Free Audit
We offer a complimentary digital presence audit to prospective clients. The audit is provided for informational purposes and does not create a contractual obligation on either party. We reserve the right to limit or discontinue the free audit offer at any time.
Pricing & Payment
Published pricing on our website serves as a starting reference. Final pricing is confirmed after a discovery call and depends on the scope of work required. Full Package engagements are billed monthly on a six-month term. À la carte engagements are billed per project or engagement as agreed.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom work product created specifically for their engagement, including website designs, copy, and graphics. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Tools, frameworks, and pre-existing materials we use remain our property.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, content, brand assets, and access credentials necessary for us to deliver agreed services. Delays caused by late client input may affect project timelines.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the end of the business relationship.
Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic volumes, or revenue outcomes, as these depend on factors outside our control. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
Termination
Either party may end an engagement by providing written notice as specified in the service agreement. For Full Package engagements, early termination terms are outlined in the service agreement signed at the start of the engagement.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
